Ashley Haas and Jen Pronga aren't marketing consultants who discovered the contractor space. They came up through commercial construction — an industry that runs on deadlines, tight margins, and making things work when nothing goes as planned. That background shapes everything about how they work with contractors today.
Ashley Haas, Co-Founder
Ashley spent over twelve years as a commercial construction project manager, overseeing large-scale projects including a $10 million hotel build. She then spent another twelve years as an entrepreneur, working directly with business owners as a fractional CFO — helping them grow, build systems, understand their numbers, and hire the right people.
One of her most significant client relationships was with an electrical contractor in the Fort Collins area. When Ashley came on board, the company was doing just over $2 million in revenue. By the time she transitioned out, they were doing $8 million annually — and the owner was working significantly less.
That experience is where the Revenue Recovery System was born. Ashley watched firsthand what consistent follow-up, better systems, and the right infrastructure could do for a contractor business. She built AGS to bring that to more contractors across Colorado.


Jen Pronga, Co-Founder
Jen Pronga spent her career in interior design and commercial construction management, leading multimillion dollar projects from concept through completion. She has been an entrepreneur for several years and brings a sharp eye for operations, client relationships, and getting complex things done.
Jen Pronga leads outreach, partnerships, and new client relationships at AGS. She is typically the first voice a potential client hears — and the reason many of them feel like they're talking to someone who actually gets it.
How AGS Started
Ashley and Jen met through a professional development program and immediately recognized a shared drive — not just for business, but for doing things the right way. They spent years supporting each other through business and personal growth before deciding to combine their experience and build something more sustainable together. AGS launched about a year ago. The Revenue Recovery System is the result.
